One such colleague is Mrs Tracey, who is retiring this summer and who has been a part of OA-Havering since the very beginning.

As a valued member of the induction team, Mrs Tracey has welcomed countless students and families into the academy, helping young people settle confidently into academy life. Her kindness, professionalism and unwavering commitment have made a lasting difference to students, families and colleagues alike.
